Curiosity and vivacity always drove the professional growth of Costa Group. Costa Group is a dream. A dream coming from far, at the beginning of eighties. Growth has been steady: our head office is today over 11.000 square meters wide dipped in the green, with several plants specialized in wood, steel, marble, glass and fiberglass processing. On this way all production stages are integrated and this is the necessary condition to supply a 'turn key' shop. We implement about 18/20 shops per month. Up to today we did over 5.000 shops all over the world. The company is totally owned by the brothers Franco and Sandro Costa and has about 100 employees. Basic characteristic of the company is the total design and carrying out of the shop in our premises: from the study of the format to the simulation in our factory until the shop installation and the following assistance to the customer. With food we have always been playing. During these years we tried to work with good and simple things, easy to be linked together and blended, until getting the best by their use. Developping a 'living container' is our mission. The container has to be moulded on the customer, to be like a 'sponge', able to give and receive, improuve day by day, give life and emotions. Costa Group did a real belief of it. To create a container generally we study the client, the location, the story, the personality of the operator and of the product, the urban context, etc' 'the cloths the client wears and the shoes he puts'! Costa Group is also a mix of quality-technology-research, elements that leads to men valorization, in fact Costa Group men is the real company's capital. Costa Group is different from the other fitting companies because in fact it developped a sole concept: it takes care of the customer BEFORE, DURING AND LATER. After having been touching the world of food in its completeness, nowadays we play a big match between design, marketing and management. Blending all that is the target; the heart are the persons, authentic subject of the design. Observation, dynamism and speed are absolutely necessary elements. The flow of ideas and experiences between marketing, creativity and design is an important frontier for us. For this reason starting from architecture we conceive 360 degrees projects where space is also and above all a communication sphere. In order to obtain it we confront ourselves not only with architects and designers, but also with experts of communication contributing to the development of our ideas. This cooperation allow us to offer in the spaces we take care of, a service of high level events conceiving, planning and organization whose target is guaranteeing a service complying the communicative needs of customers, from start up to accomplishment, guaranteeing an immediate communicative feedback. In the creative process risking has a basic roll: the search of new solutions is the way to innovation.
