Dema's history lies in the heart of Tuscany, San Gimignano in 1962. Early productions the goal has always been to produce contemporary upholstery and quality designed by designers and architects of international fame and great professionalism.Year after year, this vocation has permission to build collections that have made the brand Dema throughout the Italian market and later worldwide. In its now long market presence of mobile Dema has seen some of its collections receive important awards, both for design and for the quality of the productions, as for example in the 2004 Good Design Award from the Chicago Athenaeum Chair Medium Lips; or awards for technological innovation, such as the Dupont Award 1989 granted the incomparable Babylon, the mention at the 2003 Compasso D'Oro for Leaves collection signed by the architect Claudio Silvestrin, or special mention at Young & Design 2
