Mamparas Doccia is specializing in manufacturing and distributing bath and shower screens since 1997. At present, we have a production plant of 20.000 square meters and its production capacity is of 11.500 units per month. Our company employs a team of more than 210 people, made up of technicians, administrative staff, sales representatives and executives. Since we started our business, we have grown at a tremendous rate, outstripping our main competitors in Spain. We are now one of the top screen manufacturers in the country. We currently have our own commercial network in Portugal, where we are well positioned. Moreover, we are extending our network to other foreign countries as France, Hungary, Germany, Lebanon, United Kingdom, Morocco, Bolivia, Dominican Republic or Nigeria. This progress is due to the company?s constant focus on quality. Mamparas Doccia has been awarded ISO 9001/2000 Quality Certification by Bureau Veritas. In order to improve our productivity and maintain our quality at the same time, we automated the manufacture process. At the moment, we have at our disposal 4 robots that work on the standard line. Using a 60% of their capacity, they can produce about 400 shower screens per day maintaining an excellent level of quality. It?s important to underline the fact that we are the only Spanish company to use this type of technology and it enabled us to decrease unit prices without neglecting the quality of our products.
