22 22 Design Edition is a brand new publisher! The duo behind Edition 22 22 Design, composed of Faridha Cardiet - El Gabsi Cardiet and Jean Claude, presents his first creations in September 2011. Consisting of furniture, lighting and decorative objects, the collection of 22 22 Design Edition is a blend of both worlds wonderful, poetic, imaginative, and quirky! These creations with clean lines emphasize the beautiful materials and appeal to the expertise of French artisans (Limoges porcelain, hand-blown glass, laser cut metal, ...). 22 22 DESIGN EDITION tells stories through these objects: - The reason for the chair caning revisited C 1715, including the original frame is transformed into plant metal, with scaling becomes the chair itself. - An architectural element, baluster, is the inspiration of the vase Renaissance Limoges porcelain - The Unicorn symbol of power and seduction turns into a legendary lamp applies the horn becoming light source and creating a magical atmosphere.
