Peeler - Cutting and Peeling

A peeling knife is a small knife with a straight, sharp blade used to peel vegetables and fruits. Its blade is thin and often flexible to allow precise control when cutting. Some models of peeling knives also have a serrated blade to easily cut harder foods, such as tomatoes or peppers.
