Porcelain cabinet exposes flowers that do not fade. In small pots of Earth or in planters in the former, they draw their thin metal rods, bow gracefully or assert themselves with a naturalness that confines to the authority when they are tulips. These are the works of two artists from China, Didier Gardillou and Samuel Mazy - the master and the pupil - who have revived the ancient craft of went florist. This art appeared during the 1740s in the Vincennes Manufactory which, over the years, was to relocate and become the Royal Manufactory of Sèvres.
