Beltempo is more than just a company; it is sunshine, a wave, or a dream of beautiful days, that you would want to hold on to, which you feel through your skin: It has taken us two years to get there, and our hope is that you will enjoy our products. Through them we want to bring nature into your house, and design into your garden We would like to create a flow between indoor and outdoor space and create pleasant environment full of the scents and natural colours we like most, so that returning home from work, you can leave behind urban chaos, and emerge into natural surroundings, that recalls the rustle of leaves, or the trickle of water. Our collection will look good in your apartment, on your terrace, in a country manor house, or at the seaside, from the tropics to a European winter garden; it will always bring a sense of balance, an important concept, often forgotten nowadays. It is a simple but beautiful story, perhaps like many others, a love story for a forgotten part of our world, and an Italian family who came to Peru with plenty of enthusiasm and experience. Our wish is to share with others the respect for nature and for the Amazon jungle. We feel a social compromise for the welfare of the indigenous communities of the rainforest from which our wood is being extracted. We would like to promote better life standards for those who work with us. Under the guidance of WWF we buy only FSC certified wood. Our aim is that the wonderful natural resource represented by tropical wood be respected and not depredated. Moreover we work on site contributing and reinvesting in the same place so as to create opportunities for the indigenous population. In Beltempo we use latest Italian technology, machines and drying electronic chambers, supported by a technical department to solve any construction challenge. Ours is not a mega company, it is a standard, green company where each piece is finished by hand by skilled craftsmen. Moreover we do not use any chemical finishing product.
