De Tonge

All began in 1965, when Henry de Tonge starts in the artisanal manufacture of oak furniture. His antique dealer father, he inherited the passion for authenticity and aesthetics, engine of all his creations. The choice of the oak is indicative of his convictions, it is indeed a noble and majestic, wood which can reach half a Millennium, and symbolizing the strength of ages and traditions. These first, despite the deterioration of his workshop, the quality and originality of the products manufactured are already a great interest on the part of the public. In 1977, the Tonge SA is created, Tonge, armed with an unshakeable faith, Henry built himself, with the support of his family, his factory in Valbonne.
